The method has not changed. The limit on memory has.

The analytical method of traditional Chinese destiny reading is written in the classics themselves. The Zi Ping (Bazi) lineage has Di Tian Sui, Yuan Hai Zi Ping, Zi Ping Zhen Quan, Qiong Tong Bao Dian and San Ming Tong Hui; the Zi Wei lineage has Zi Wei Dou Shu Quan Shu, the Gu Sui Fu, the Tai Wei Fu and the Eighteen Flying Stars compendium. What a practitioner does is put a chart back into those entries and compare, item by item.

Ordinary people cannot do this, and not because the method is mysterious. First, the originals are in classical Chinese, and the criteria for structure, useful god and stars are scattered across different chapters. Second, there are too many entries and far more combinations — ten gods across four pillars, clashes and combinations, flying transformations across twelve palaces — and cross-referenced, the branches exceed what a person can remember. Only someone who casts charts every day keeps them at hand.

And “remembering everything, retrievable at any moment” is precisely where a machine beats a person. We have the model read these originals until it knows them; the chart itself is cast by code to exact precision — the four pillars and the Zi Wei chart are astronomy with a single answer, and the model is kept out of that step. With the chart fixed, the model works through the traditional criteria one by one, palace by palace, each system on its own, and at the end the two are set side by side to compare answers.

We do not say “more accurate than a practitioner”. Accuracy here cannot be verified, and anyone quoting a percentage deserves a second look. What we say is something else: the same old method, with nothing that should be checked skipped, no fatigue, and no changing the story from one day to the next. A veteran’s decades of feel are precious — but people forget and overlook; the machine does not.
